Since December 2007 it is compulsory for every residential property placed on the market for sale to have a Home Information Pack (HIP). This consists of an Energy Performance Report, Evidence of the Title, Local and Water Searches together with other documents.

We are able to prepare the HIP on your behalf and once completed this will be sent by email to your estate agents and a hard copy will be provided to you.

Many estate agents are advising that there is no charge for the HIP however should you withdraw your property from them they will not provide you with the HIP without payment. If we prepare the HIP it belongs to you and should you change estate agents we simply email a copy to them at no extra cost.
