The company was incorporated in February 2000.

Bernadette has one daughter who is a doctor in the North East. Very much a local girl, she was born in Hindley and attended St Benedicts school followed by the Notre Dame High School for girls in Standishgate, Wigan.

Bernadette has lived in Wigan throughout her life and indeed still lives here in the town.
